I specialize in developing visual concepts for 3D, graphic design and illustrations, and executing them in collaboration with cross-functional teams. I lead the process from idea to final execution, providing the team everything necessary to achieve a consistent and high-quality outcome. My vision and collaborative skills have
helped me create and launch complex projects for high-profile clients
in communication design, including mobile gaming, event marketing, graphic
content for UI and web design, and dedicated design support.
I see myself as a "player-coach", getting hands-on in the design process, particularly for complex
or conceptual projects. This approach not only helps me refine my skills but also allows me to stay well-informed about design tools and current design trends
Process
My ability to adjust workflows based on project timelines and requirements allows me to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks among myself and the team. For example, in mobile games, I develop visual concepts, collaborate with clients to meet their needs, review prototyping with UI/UX designers, and then either independently or collaboratively with a team of specialists
from various disciplines implement concepts into game assets and interfaces.
I provide effective communication and feedback, and supply the team with necessary
essential materials such as client briefs post-QA sessions, research results
and conceptual descriptions, and maintaining quality, timelines and design process.
